These rules will be strictly enforced at all times.
1. No Spamming. 2. No Flaming. 3. Please be respectful of all members. If you can't say something nice about a persons post, or at least offer some kind constructive critism, then don't say anything at all. If you're rude to members about their posts, you will receive a warning that if repeated, will earn you a banning. 4. Please keep ON TOPIC boards, on topic. 5. Only mild cursing will be allowed, no sexually explicit materials allowed at all. 6. Please limit signature pictures to no larger than 400x400 7. No posting of "lol" or just smilies. If you don't have a half way intellegent response, then don't respond at all. Repeated offenses of this will lead to a warning. (this is ok in the fun threads, just not in the threads giving comments about stories, poems etc.) 8. Have fun . 9. Every member is allowed only one account. Second accounts will be deleted. 10. Anybody asking to be staff members, will be removed from ever having a staff position. Staff will be chosen and announced by me. If a position comes open, I will post it and if you are interested, you may apply for it.
11. ALL POSTS ARE COPYRIGHTED. NO STEALING OR REPRODUCTIONS OR REPOSTING OF ANYTHING ON THIS BOARD IS ALLOWED WITHOUT THE OWNERS PERMISSION
12. As long as you are active, you are welcome to advertise your site in the proper board. However, you CANNOT advertise for staff! You may carry a link to your site in your signature, but you are not allowed to put it in any other post except in the Advertise your board. You are NOT allowed to advertise for staff in your signature. Any question, please ask ADMIN
15. The Cbox is to be used sparingly. We were getting to where we were posting in it and the site ignored. Not acceptable. New members are free to ask as many questions as they need in the CBox, a brief hello or quick question, but keep most of the posting on the site please.
16. Rules about the siggy pic have changed. You may now have up to 500x500.

If you are given a custom title, most of the times I will make one that I feel reflects you from spending time with you. Nobody can change them. You can make suggestions and if I like it, I will change it. This includes staff. I will never make anything that is mean, I can promise you that.

13. Members who join and make a post in the Introductions, and then do not sign in for two weeks will be deleted. I keep all inactive accounts cleared out every two weeks. So, if you join and want to be a part of our community, please make sure you are posting at least a little bit so your account doesn't get deleted.
14. PLAGIARISM is against the rules and is grounds for IMMEDIATE and PERMANENT BANNING! Don't do it!

Please follow chain of command. If one mod can't help you, then I always welcome you to send me a PM and discuss a problem.
**NOTE: Though we have several G-Mods, each one is given a different level of responsibility and boards to manage. Please be respectful to the mods. They're here to make sure it's fun for everybody. If you're given discipline by one and feel it is unfair, you may talk to me about it, but I will normally stand behind my mods decisions, but I will make that decision on a situational need.

Consequences for breaking rules....
You will first be given a PM warning you to not break rules.
Second Offense ~ Warning 25% = 1 day banning Third Offense ~ Warning 50% = 5 days banning Fourth Offense ~ Warning 75% = 14 day banning Fifth Offense ~ Warning 100% = Permanent banning

Obviously, there are exceptions to this rule... They are as follows...
1. Posting pornographic or sexual material will result in immediate and permanent banning 2. Excessive Cursing will receive one warning. After that, if it continues, it will result in a 10 day banning. If you return and continue, you will be permanently banned. Excessive Cursing would be F*** word, B****, etc. using hell or damn is acceptable... A** occasionally and NEVER used to insult a member. If is it used to insult a member, that is grounds for immediate and permanent banning! 3. Calling members "Gay or Lesbians" is grounds for banning. First offense ~ 10 day banning. If return and repeat...Immediate and permanent banning
ALL of these rules are subject to change without notification. It is up to you to check back for changes. Other bannings will be decided on a situational need.
Please follow these rules and there won't be any problems. We haven't had to many, so I think we'll be fine

I have in the rules that siggy images can't be any larger than 400x400, however, I failed to state that images on the site need to stay under 500x500 at the very max. Please limit the size of graphics because they can slow down the site, plus pictures that are too wide, spread the board out wider. Pictures added that go beyond that size will be deleted. You will have 24 hours to fix it first, but if it isn't, the picture will be deleted and the thread with the graphic in it will be locked and moved to the graveyard and you WILL NOT be allowed to remake the thread, even if the picture gets shrunk after it is deleted.

I would like to add that all members need to update their knowledge of the rules and that NEW members need to read them. Lann I think I liked it better when you had members Acknowledge that t he read the rules. Then there can be no excuse.

I would like to reiterate PLAGIARISM is against the RULES! There are NO exceptions to this RULE. Any member caught plagiarizing will be permenently banned! I hate banning people, but I hate people stealing other peoples work as their own even more. As I writer, I know I would hate for somebody to steal my work. If you want to share a poem or story by another writer, you may do so as long as you state WHO wrote it. All Poems and stories entered into the contests are to be YOUR ORIGINAL work. PLEASE follow this very important rule. This is one of the few rules that will get you banned immediately and we've now had 2 incidences of it on this site. I will be checking things closer from this point on and if I find any more plagiarism, you WILL be banned! End of story...
